ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΤΗΣ EUROINS ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΕΝΩΣΗ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΩΝ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ

Αθήνα, 21 Μαρτίου 2023 – Πρωτοβουλία ενημέρωσης των αρμόδιων ελληνικών φορέων σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη των εργασιών, την ενδυνάμωση των οικονομικών μεγεθών και τον στρατηγικό της σχεδιασμό για τα επόμενα έτη έλαβε η Euroins Ελλάδος, υποκατάστημα της Βουλγαρικής ασφαλιστικής εταιρείας Euroins Insurance AD.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, τη Δευτέρα 20 Μαρτίου η διοίκηση της Euroins Ελλάδος, εκπροσωπούμενη από τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο κ. Evgeny Ignatov και τον Αναπληρωτή Διευθυντή κ. Αθανάσιο Ι. Σμυρνή, συναντήθηκε με τον Πρόεδρο της Ένωσης Ασφαλιστικών Εταιριών Ελλάδος κ. Σαρρηγεωργίου Αλέξανδρο και τη Γενική Διευθύντρια της Ένωσης κα. Ελίνα Παπασπυροπούλου, στους οποίους παρείχαν αναλυτική ενημέρωση αναφορικά με τα εύρωστα οικονομικά μεγέθη και την εδραίωση του ελληνικού υποκαταστήματος στην εγχώρια ασφαλιστική αγορά.

Την Τρίτη 21 Μαρτίου, η διοίκηση της Euroins Ελλάδος συναντήθηκε με το επιτελείο της Διεύθυνσης Εποπτείας Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλισης της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος, υπό τον Διευθυντή κ. Σταύρο Κωνσταντά, το οποίο ενημέρωσε σχετικά με την αναπτυξιακή πορεία της Εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα.

Η Επιτροπή Χρηματοπιστωτικής Εποπτείας (FSC) της Βουλγαρίας, σε σχετική της ανακοίνωση την Παρασκευή 17 Μαρτίου, διαβεβαιώνει δε ότι, ως αποτέλεσμα της εποπτείας που ασκείται από την FSC, δεν έχουν διαπιστωθεί προβλήματα που αφορούν στη φερεγγυότητα των μεμονωμένων εταιρειών του ομίλου Euroins Insurance Group (EIG) ή του Ομίλου συνολικά.

MEETINGS OF EUROINS GREECE WITH THE ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMPANIES OF GREECE AND THE BANK OF GREECE

Athens, 21 March 2023 – Euroins Greece, a branch of the Bulgarian insurance company Euroins Insurance AD, has taken the initiative to inform the competent Greek bodies about the development of operations, the strengthening of financial figures and its strategic planning for the coming years.

In this context, on Monday, March 20, the management of Euroins Greece, represented by the Managing Director Mr. Evgeny Ignatov and the Deputy Director Mr. Athanasios I. Smyrnis, met with the President of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies Mr. Sarrigeorgiou Alexandros and the General Manager of the Association Mrs. Elina Papaspyropoulou, to whom they provided detailed information regarding the robust financial figures and the consolidation of the Greek branch in the domestic insurance market.

On Tuesday, March 21, the management of Euroins Greece met with the staff of the Department of Private Insurance Supervision of the Bank of Greece, under the Director Mr. Stavros Konstantas, and informed about the Company’s development in Greece.

The Financial Supervisory Committee (FSC) of Bulgaria, in a relevant announcement on Friday 17 March, assures that, as a result of the supervision exercised by the FSC, no problems have been identified concerning the solvency of the individual companies of the Euroins Insurance Group (EIG) or the Group as a whole.
